Warranty Policy
At Mike’s Key LLC, we stand behind the quality of our locksmith and programming services with clear and transparent warranty terms. Please review the information below before receiving service.
Warranty on Keys – 30 Days
Keys include a 30-day warranty covering programming-related issues only.
This warranty applies to:
Programming or synchronization issues performed by our technician
Malfunctions directly related to our programming work within the warranty period
What the Warranty Covers
The warranty does not cover:
Physical damage to keys or remotes
Water damage, cracks, bent blades, or broken housings
Damage caused by opening the key or attempting self-repair
Incorrect battery replacement performed by the customer or a third party
Normal wear and tear on aftermarket keys
Lost or stolen keys
Issues reported after the warranty period has expired
The warranty does not cover:

Battery Replacement
Battery replacement is considered a separate service and is not included under warranty coverage.
Customer Responsibility
Customers must report any issue within the active warranty period.

All Sales Are Final
All sales are final and non-refundable once the service has been completed.
Customer Assistance Disclaimer
For safety and liability reasons, customers are not permitted to assist with the service process, including opening panels, removing components, accessing wiring, or handling tools and equipment.
Any customer involvement is done entirely at their own risk.
Mike’s Key LLC is not responsible for:
Damage caused by customer interference
Lost or damaged parts
Additional repair costs resulting from customer involvement
By participating in any part of the service process, the customer acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for any resulting issues or damages.
